PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a folding mechanism by simplifying the folding mechanism for folding a clotheshorse apparatus and preventing a load of laundry and the like from applying to relative movement parts of nodes of links of the folding mechanism.;SOLUTION: A lower broken-type node 6 in the central part of a lower broken-type link 4 and an upper broken-type node 7 in the central part of an upper broken-type link 5 are connected with a vertical link 8. A folding operating stick 11 is extended from a broken-type side upper link end 5d of the upper link 5A toward the side of a lateral side frame 1. An operating stick receiving member 12 for receiving the folding operating stick 11 from the lower part is provided in the lateral side frame 1.
