METHOD FOR APPLYING LOST PATTERN CASTING METHOD TO STAINLESS STEEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting method with which acrylic-base foaming resin is used for member of a lost pattern so as to be applicable of a lost pattern casting method to a stainless steel, and gas is removed by newly arranging a gas venting hole to the gas changed when this resin is lost.;SOLUTION: This method is the one, in which one kind of the acrylic resin having little carbon content, among the resin, is used for pattern member for lost pattern and the gas developed when the lost pattern casting method is applied, is extruded out from the gas venting hole with molten material. In this method, the foamable resin having 100% acrylics for pattern is used to the pattern and the stainless steel of number of steel kind SCS13 is applied with the lost pattern casting method, and in the result of steel quality analysis of this cast product satisfies the steel component standards according to the Japanese Industrial Standard.
