PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jump-out game toy capable of rotating a cylinder so that a player can not recognize the rotary angle of the cylinder and the position of a release board and generating a spinning rotary sound when the cylinder is rotated.;SOLUTION: The toy comprises: a hollow case with a plurality of insertion holes arranged on the outer wall; a jump-out member placed at the home position of the case; a shooting means for the jump-out member, having a piston rod disposed by energizing to slide in one direction in a rotary cylinder which is rotatably arranged in the case; a lock release means which is attached to the rotary cylinder of the shooting means so as to release the lock of the piston rod; and an insertion member to be inserted to the insertion holes of the case. When the insertion member is inserted to the insertion holes, the lock of the piston rod is released so as to shoot the jump-out member.
