To provide a game device for enhancing amusement of a game by further deepening a relationship between input of type information by a toy body to which type information is attached each and development of the game.SOLUTION: A game device includes: information input means capable of inputting type information of at least one toy body from among two or more toy bodies to which type information for identifying each type is attached; data storage means for storing a plurality of character data stored in accordance with type information of toy bodies; condition determination means for determining whether a first condition is satisfied during a game; and information input determination means for determining whether type information of the toy body is inputted to the information input means within first predetermined time from when satisfaction of a first condition is determined by the condition determination means. When the information input determination means determines that type information of the toy body is inputted within the first predetermined time, character data corresponding to the inputted type information of the toy body are read from the data storage means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
