PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further surely prevent the wrong production of an article to be produced and delivered in the instruction of the article by use of a delivery timing instruction card.;SOLUTION: In a signboard issuing device 30, when a delivery instruction information receiving part 32 receives delivery instruction information transmitted by a part ordering device 12, a part kind determination part 36 determines the kind of the part instructed to delivery by referring to an additive instruction flag contained in the delivery instruction information. When the kind of the part is an auxiliary part, a production instruction information acquisition part 38 retrieves a production instruction information management server 14 with the identification code of the part contained in the delivery instruction information as a key to acquire the production instruction information of this part. A signboard information generation part 40 adds the acquired production instruction information of the part to delivery instruction information to generate signboard information, and a signboard issuing part 42 issues a signboard 50 recording the signboard information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
