PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mammary cancer related protein and a gene coding the protein, and to provide a mammary cancer diagnostic method using the protein or the gene. PSOLUTION: The isolated protein comprising the disclosed amino acid sequence and having an activity inducing apoptosis, the gene coding the protein, and a micro-array having a substrate on which the gene or a fragment thereof is fixed, are provided. A mammary cancer diagnostic method using an antibody specifically bonding with the protein and a mammary cancer diagnostic method by determining expression level of the gene in the cells are provided.
