PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling an unspecified number of issuers to issue e-mail newsletters in various languages without depending on languages, and an unspecified number of subscribers to subscribe e-mail newsletters in various languages without depending on languages. PSOLUTION: This system comprises an issuer information storage means receiving e-mail newsletter identification information and issuer identification information; an e-mail newsletter data receiving means receiving e-mail newsletter data from an issuer terminal; an original data storage means storing the original text of every e-mail newsletter; a subscription information receiving means receiving e-mail newsletter identification information and user identification information; a user information storage means storing user information including e-mail newsletter identification information, language identification information, and user identification information; an original text translation means translating the original text data of an e-mail newsletter to translated data; a translated data storage means storing the translated data; and an e-mail newsletter transmitting means generating and transmitting an e-mail newsletter including the translated data to a user terminal.
