PATIENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ACROSS DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT DEPARTMENTS

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for managing chart information on patients and diagnoses records, managing efficiently management information of patient management across diagnosis and treatment departments, and supporting realization of appropriate medical management. PSOLUTION: In a patient information management system, the patient management system across diagnosis and treatment departments comprises: a patient information storage means for storing the patient information; a patient information input receiving means for receiving input of the patient information to register it with the patient information storage means; a decision reference storage means for storing a decision reference item and reference value; a storage means for patient managed across diagnosis and treatment departments for storing the patient information to be managed across diagnosis and treatment departments; a means for extracting patient candidate to be managed for extracting a patient to be a candidate of management across diagnosis and treatment departments on the basis of the reference item and reference value; and a subject patient deciding/registering means for registering extracted patient information with the storage means for patient managed across diagnosis and treatment departments.
