PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easily specifying a position where trouble occurs in a radio communication system.;SOLUTION: A terminal device is provided with a terminal communication unit 106 capable of wirelessly communicating with a server apparatus 200, and a terminal display unit 107. The device is provided with an elapsed time acquiring means for acquiring a timing when the server apparatus 200 performs a predetermined operation as an elapsed time when the unit 106 communicates with the server apparatus 200, and the unit 107 can display one or more elapsed times acquired by the elapsed time acquiring means.
