PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CMOS image sensor, capable of processing analog signals for an entire element having millions of pixels at high speed, even if a low-speed system (for example, an ASP (Analog Signal Processor)) with a sufficient time margin for stabilizing a data signal in a predetermined time is used.
