PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a non-oriented magnetic steel sheet which is excellent in core loss and flux density of in-plane mean and is extremely small in the in-plane anisotropy of these characteristics.;SOLUTION: Molten steel consisting of, by mass, ≤0.040% C, 0.05-3.5% Si, ≤3.0% Mn, ≤3.5% Al, ≤0.015% S, ≤0.25% P and ≤0.040% N is solidified into a slab of ≥50 mm thick by casting, rolling of ≥1.0 in logarithm strain is performed in the temperature range of 500-850°C in the rolling temperature, furthermore rolling in the temperature range of ≥900°C in rolling temperature is taken as ≤3.0 in logarithm strain, ≤1,100°C in the temperature of the slab, ≤750°C in coiling temperature.
