PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid concentration sensor wherein a measured value is not influenced by bubbles in measuring liquid or solid particles, in the liquid concentration sensor for measuring the liquid concentration by measuring the capacitance of the liquid. PSOLUTION: This liquid concentration sensor measures the concentration of at least one kind of liquid from mixed liquid comprising at least two kinds of liquids. The sensor has at least two electrode parts and a porous member arranged between each electrode part. Since the porous member is arranged between each electrode part, a material other than the measuring material comprising the mixed liquid is prevented from being intermingled between the electrodes. Hereby, a measurement error of the capacitance between the electrodes can be removed, to thereby enable stable concentration measurement. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
