PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably regenerate a substrate on which a photosensitive layer including a layer containing a thermosetting resin is to be located on a surface.;SOLUTION: When a photosensitive layer in which a thermosetting resin is contained is removed and cleaned, a photoreceptor A having this photosensitive layer and a blade member 32 are relatively moved in a state in which the blade member 32 is kept in pressure contact with the peripheral surface of the photoreceptor A while supplying an N-methylpyrrolidone solvent or a mixed solvent of N-methylpyrrolidone and 2-butoxyethanol having power to swell or dissolve the photosensitive layer as a cleaning fluid to the photoreceptor A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
