PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of measuring accurately the shape dimension of a measuring object such as a flaw. PSOLUTION: In this shape dimension measuring method, the length dimension L3 of the flaw b is measured by using a three-dimensional shape dimension of a computer model c as a reference standard, and the length dimension L3 is compared with a length dimension determined based on parallax.
