CENTRIFUGAL TUBE FOR ANALYZING ORGANIC ACID IN URINE AND ANALYZING METHOD USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal tube for detecting an organic acid in urine by one-stage pretreatment by eliminating the problem that it is necessary to remove protein by adding ethanol after enzymatic digestion in order to perform pretreatment for decomposing urea which is contained in urine in large quantities to obstruct analysis, using urease in order to analyze the organic acid in urine, and an analyzing method of the organic acid in urine using it.;SOLUTION: The centrifugal tube carrying urease is used and urine of a subject is put in the centrifugal tube to be stirred. After incubation, a filtrate obtained by centrifugalizing the urine is analyzed. By this method, the organic acid in urine can be detected by one-stage pretreatment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
