PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipid bimolecular membrane forming apparatus for rapidly creating a stable lipid bimolecular membrane.;SOLUTION: The lipid membrane manufacturing apparatus is provided with a sample liquid receiver 3, a reference liquid receiver 4, a diaphragm 5 located between the sample liquid receiver 3 and the reference liquid receiver 4 and having a through-hole, a mechanism for applying a lipid liquid to the through-hole (e.g. a lipid liquid discharging nozzle 2), a mechanism for measuring a potential difference between a sample liquid and a reference liquid and detecting a dissolved material in the sample liquid (e.g. electrodes 6, 7 and a measuring apparatus 8), and a mechanism for applying a pressure difference between the sample liquid and the reference liquid (e.g. pumps 10a, 10b).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
