PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rock bolt construction method which enables the measurement of length of an excavated hole inside a pit after the completion of execution of work, and a material.;SOLUTION: The material is composed of a pipe A for a deep part, wherein a spacer 5 is formed, a pipe B for extension, and a coupling material C. After the material is assembled and inserted into a hollow part of a rock bolt, a grout material is injected from the hollow part of the rock bolt so that the rock bolt and the inside of an excavated hole pit can be filled with the grout material, and fixing and anchorage are applied.
