PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for a black light art of a transmission type which can transmit UV rays emitted from a black light and can fix a coating material reactive with UV rays.;SOLUTION: The panel 10 for the black light art includes a panel body 11 which transmits UV rays but does not transmit visible light, a fixing agent layer 12 which is disposed on the panel body 11, a first protective agent layer 13 which is disposed on the fixing agent layer 12, a coating material layer 14b only for the black light art which is disposed on the first protective agent layer 13, and a second protective agent layer 15 which is disposed on the coating material layer 14b only for the black light art.
