PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for the convenient production of an antiinflammatory analgesic agent for external use, solving the problem of low solubility of a nonsteroidal antiinflammatory analgesic agent, and provide a method for producing a homogeneous composition for the production of an antiinflammatory analgesic agent for external use.;SOLUTION: The nonsteroidal antiinflammatory analgesic agent containing carboxy group in the structure is mixed with a local anesthetic agent under heating or dropping a solvent to the mixture to obtain a homogeneous composition.
