PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of contamination of a floor surface caused by falling of urine drops which frequently occurs on a floor surface in front of a male urinal or a toilet stool used as a male urinal in common.;SOLUTION: A mat 1 installed on the floor surface in front of the male urinal or the toilet stool used as the male urinal in common consists of composite material carrying a medicament. At least a place to be contaminated with the urine drops of the composite material is formed of material capable of absorbing the urine drops.
