PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chelate product that is more stable in a strong alkali environment than a chelate metal formed by the direct reaction between an amino acid and a metal compound.;SOLUTION: The preparation method of the metal chelate comprises steps of supplying a sufficient amount of at least one of amino ingredients, supplying a sufficient amount of at least one of sugar ingredients, supplying a sufficient amount of metal ingredients and mixing the amino ingredient, the sugar ingredient and the metal ingredient with a sufficient amount of water at a sufficient temperature for a sufficient time to form a solution of the soluble metal chelate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
