PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data file delivery device, an access management device, a data file delivery method and a program thereof that facilitate delivery of a data file depending on a destination and access management of the data file. PSOLUTION: About confidential portions of a document file depending on each level of access privilege, a data file delivery system 1 divides confidential files corresponding to the confidential portions into a partial file and a complementary file by a secret dispersion method. The data file delivery system 1 delivers in advance a plurality of partial files corresponding to respective levels of access privilege to a destination and sends the complementary file corresponding to the level of the destination in response to a request from the destination to allow the confidential files depending on the access privilege to be restored.
