PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant equipment remote monitoring system in which a supervisor outside the plant checks a state of a plant equipment and presents an appropriate instruction.;SOLUTION: The plant equipment remote monitoring system is provided with a site terminal device 2 which is disposed in the plant provided with the plant equipment 1, a remote information terminal device 3 disposed at a site different from the local terminal device, and a communication means 10 which includes an information communication medium 5 capable of intercommunication between the site terminal device 2 and the remote information terminal device 3. The local terminal device 2 is provided with a measurement means 6 obtaining plant equipment state information indicating the state of the plant equipment 1, and a site display means 7 displaying the state of the plant equipment 1 on the basis of the plant equipment state information. The communication means 10 is configured so as to successively transmit the plant equipment state information to the remote information terminal device 3. The remote information terminal device 3 is provided with a remote display means 11 displaying the state of the plant equipment 1 in real time on the basis of the plant equipment state information transmitted by the communication means 10 .;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
