PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing-care vehicle evaluation system and a nursing-care vehicle evaluation server capable of easily evaluating convenience for pick-up service of a nursing-care vehicle.;SOLUTION: The nursing-care vehicle evaluation system comprises an arrival time receiving portion receiving time information for the nursing-care vehicle arrived on a pick-up location when a nursing-care service undertaker performs pick-up service for a customer, a departure time receiving portion receiving time information of the nursing-care vehicle departing from the pick-up location after the customer gets on the nursing-care vehicle at the pick-up location or gets off the nursing-care vehicle, a getting-on and off time calculation portion calculating getting-on and off time from arrival time to departure time, and a getting-on and off time database storing the getting-on and off time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
