PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for providing evaluation information with certain reliability to a user using an in-vehicle device, even freshness of diagnostic information received by a server is not stable. PSOLUTION: The server executes monthly and daily updating. In the monthly updating, diagnostic data of the last month are extracted from a storage part (S405), and diagnostic points are collected based on a user ID unit to calculate total point (S410). An evaluation data such as a relative order and a status (Gold, Solver, Blue) is calculated based on the total point (S415). The evaluation information with certain reliability is provided thereby, even when diagnostic data are collected to the server at different timings, since the evaluation data is calculated based on the diagnostic data corresponding to a specific period (the last month).
