PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a letter information processing system, an apparatus and a program which can be commonly applied and have high versatility to a registration function of an apparatus for preparing various small printed articles.;SOLUTION: In the letter information processing system of the present invention, the apparatus for preparing small printed articles having preparing and registering functions of a specified kind of registration data is connected to the letter information processing apparatus. The letter information processing apparatus is constituted by mounting the letter information processing program on a computer. The letter information processing apparatus is equipped with a means for taking registration data from a small printed article preparing apparatus, feeding and registering the registration data to the small printed article preparing apparatus, and newly preparing the registration data and modifying and preparing the registration data.
