PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position confirmation system or the like capable of surely detecting impersonation of a position of a terminal.;SOLUTION: The position confirmation apparatus is provided with: a positional information reception means 91 for receiving positional information representing the position of a terminal 11 positioned by a movable terminal 11; an information management means 92 for managing inquiry information as to a zone and reply information corresponding to the inquiry information by each zone as a geographical region; an inquiry information acquisition means 93 for acquiring the inquiry information corresponding to the zone including a position denoted by the received positional information from the information management means 92; an inquiry information transmission means 95 for transmitting the acquired inquiry information to the terminal 11; a response information reception means 96 for receiving response information responded by and transmitted by the terminal 11 in response to the inquiry information; and a discrimination means 97 for discriminating whether or not the reply information corresponding to the response information from the terminal 11 is present in the information management means 92 as the reply information zone by zone.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
