PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment plan forming/hospital management supporting device for grasping the expenditures of a hospital to be changed accompanying the passage of a medical treatment by each job type of a hospital staff. PSOLUTION: The device comprises a storage means 7 for storing the daily total labor coefficient of each hospital staff corresponding to the average number of medical treatment passage days for each disease name/diagnosis group classification code, labor expenditure per unit labor coefficient, and a revenue amount per average number of the medical treatment passage days with respect to a patient with the prescribed disease name/diagnosis group classification code; an input means 2; a retrieval means 3; a daily labor expenditure calculating means 4 for calculating the daily labor expenditure per number of the medical treatment passage days, with respect to the patient by multiplying the daily total labor coefficient, with respect to the patient of the disease name/diagnosis group classification code, which is retrieved by the retrieval means 3 from the storage means 7, by the labor expenditure per unit labor coefficient; an accumulation means 5 for accumulating the daily labor expenditure at each number of medical treatment passage days, so as to calculate an accumulative expenditure total amount and accumulating a daily revenue amount at each number of the medical treatment passage days so as to calculate an accumulative revenue total amount; and a display means 6 for comparing the accumulative expenditure total amount calculated by the accumulating means 5 with the accumulative revenue total amount, displaying them, and displaying a profit-and-loss point.
