PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a response checking system capable of automatically checking response data using questionnaires only, and detecting faulty response data. PSOLUTION: In the response checking system 10, a questionnaire issuing device 100 comprises a check information embedding part 102 for embedding information necessary for checking responses as check information in a questionnaire. A response checking device 120 comprises: a check information retrieval part 122 which retrieves the check information embedded in the questionnaire; a response data input part 123 which receives input of a filled-out questionnaire and generates response data; and a response checking part 124 which checks the response data based on the check information. This configuration allows information necessary for checking the response data to be embedded in a questionnaire and printed.
