PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention management system which accurately detects and informs a user of an abnormal condition.;SOLUTION: A current position of a user M is recognized by a portable communication terminal 20, and position information near a building door and a user ID of the user M are registered in an ID registration/management part 33 in advance. When the building door is in an opening state, an opening-state detecting signal E is generated from a magnetic sensor 14. At this point, the user position information and the user ID are transmitted from the portable communication terminal 20, and they are received in a position information management part 32. It is determined both whether or not the position information near the building door corresponds to the user position information, and whether or not the registered user ID corresponds to the received user ID in a collating part 32a, then if both are corresponding, the determination continues. In the meantime, if at least one of them is not corresponding, a trespasser is considered to be near the building door, then mismatch information is generated, the effect of the abnormal condition is transmitted to the portable communication terminal 20, and an alarm is generated in an alarm generating part 34.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
