PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge application targets of microwave heating method because a microwave absorber is arranged together with a heated body in a microwave heating device, and by heating a microwave absorber and heating the heated body by that radiant heat or the heat convection. PSOLUTION: This is silicon or a microwave absorber for heating having silicon. Within the range of 5-to 15 mol% AlSB2/SBOSB3/SB, it can reach an extremely high reaching temperature of about 800C, which can be applicable to the microwave heating device for high temperatures. For example, it can be applied to a calcining device for calcining PZT series ceramics. Within the range of 15 to 35 mol% AlSB2/SBOSB3/SB, it can be applied to the microwave heating device for mid-high temperatures. Within the range of 35 to 80 mol% AlSB2/SBOSB3/SB, it can be applied to the microwave heating device for middle temperatures, in which reaching temperature can be controlled precisely.
