PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to automatically collect a relationship between emerging persons from various electronic data including information specifying the persons (such as person's names) and to display the relationship intuitively to be easy to understand in the form of a personal connection map or the like. PSOLUTION: All electronic data including the information specifying the persons such as the person's names are collected from an inner and outer organization, metadata on the emerging people are extracted, and the metadata on the persons presumed to have some connections, for example, the person's names are emerged (co-occur) are in the same document are inoorporated to each other. When the display instruction of the personal contacts map presents, narrowing down the metadata under specified conditions; displaying the personal connection map like the chosen drawing based on the narrowed down metadata; still, specifying a plurality of people on the map, displaying some places suitable for calling the people or displaying a COSB2/SBexhaust amount in the calling.
