PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording/reproducing system capable of easily performing editing information.;SOLUTION: Content information of a recording medium or an HD attached on an information processor 400 is recorded in an external medium attached on the processor 400. The external medium is attached on a portable information editing apparatus 300 to allow a terminal display device or a terminal speaker device to reproduce the content information. Editing to set data regions for causing the processor 400 to reproduce the content information on the basis of an input operation of a terminal input is performed on the basis of the reproduction, editing script information is generated and is recorded in the external medium. The external medium unit is attached on the processor 400 again, an instruction information acquiring means acquires the editing script information, and the recording medium or the HD records the acquired information.
