PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a predetermined Raman spectrum by avoiding a fluorescent obstruction without changing the wavelength of exciting light even if a substance developing fluorescence is a measuring object and producing a change in physical properties.;SOLUTION: At least the sample setting surface 7a of a substrate 7 is formed of a material not developing Raman scattered light and fluorescence and, as the sample set on the sample setting surface 7a, a membrane sample S1, which is obtained by applying membrane forming treatment to a raw sample S so as not to generate fluorescence from a focal position to a lower part, is used.
