PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elution testing method of an oral agent containing (1-hydroyethylidene)bis-phosphonate or its salt as an effective component. PSOLUTION: In the elution testing method of the oral agent containing (1-hydroxyethylidene)bis-phosphonate or its salt as the effective component, a column packed with an anion exchange resin as a filler is used under a condition of the number of theoretical plates of ≥2,500 and a degree of separation of ≥2.0 and a change in electric conductivity is sensed to separate (1-hydroxyethylidene)bis-phosphonate, a phosphoric acid and citric acid to analyze (1-hydroxyethylidene)bis-phosphonate.
