PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-precision servo controller, capable of feedback control which performs a precise and stable action with good responsiveness, and a high-precision servo control method, obtain a laser marker device using this high-precision servo controller, and obtain a saw-toothed wave signal generating circuit used for this high-precision servo controller and a saw-toothed wave signal generating method. PSOLUTION: This high-precision servo controller is equipped with: a detector 19 which detects the rotational motion of a motor and outputs a sine wave/cosine wave signal; an up/down counter 42 which generates a step digital feedback signal from the sine wave/cosine wave signal; a first D/A converter 3 which converts the value of high-order digits being self-modified by the step digital feedback signal into a high-order analog command out of positional commands; a saw-toothed wave generating signal 21 which generates a saw-toothed analog feedback signal in the same cycle as the step digital feedback signal; a second D/A converter 7 which converts the value of low-order digits into a low-order analog command; and an addition means 4 which generates an analog command by superposing the high-order command, the saw-toothed analog feedback signal, and the low-order analog command.
