PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic address allocation system for allocating terminal identification address information for identifying a mobile communication terminal dynamically without pressing between wireless sections by reducing the amount of message between wireless sections, and to provide a repeating device, a position management device, an address management device, and a dynamic address allocation method.;SOLUTION: An MN1 transmits LR including IPha information to AR2. A necessity of address acquisition determination section 21 in the AR2 determines whether the IPha information to be allocated to the MN1 is required to be acquired or not based on the IPha information included in the LR. Address acquisition proxy section 22 of the AR2 acquires the IPha information. A section 23 for registering position after address acquisition transmits LU including the acquired IPha information to LM4.
