PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, capable of predicting an influence onto an operation characteristic generated by an environmental influences, such as a thermal influence due to heat energy generated by an electronic device.;SOLUTION: A device as one of embodiments of the present invention is provided with a control component for controlling a temperature test component for emulating the operation characteristic of the electronic device, to generate the environmental influence.
