PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the troublesomeness of a re-operation and an edting adjusting operation caused by the erroneous editing operation.;SOLUTION: A moving means 1a moves objects 3a to 3h displayed at a display device 2 according to the operation of a user. A moving position acquiring means 1b acquires the moving positions of the moved objects 3a to 3h. A position calculating means 1c refers to the constituting positions of the objects 3a to 3h constituting a flow chart from an object information file 1g in which information related with the constitution of the edited flow chart is stored, and calculates a position relation between the moving positions and the constituting positions. A display means 1d list-displays an editing function in the flow chart of the objects 3a to 3h according to the calculated position relation. An acquiring means 1e acquires the editing function selected according to the operation of the user.
