Characterization of single-stranded nucleic acid by melting analysis of the secondary structure using a specific dye - a double-stranded nucleic acid
A new method of characterizing the nucleic acid. Double-stranded nucleic acid, nucleic acid - in combination with a specific dye, while the double-stranded structure of one or more nucleic acids within the dye, to form a detectable complex.
