Reporter replicon of selective hepatitis C virus

Reporter selective hepatitis C virus in order to obtain stable human hepatoma cell line (HCV) replicon, and the present invention relates to the use of the replicon. Cell lines and the replicons are useful in screening process of compounds in drug discovery of HCV agent.
