PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a system for effective information transmission between medical facilities and external clinical examination facilities is not available although medically related mechanization and computerization are advanced and, for example, computerization of clinical cards at medical facilities, combination of biological examination apparatuses for electrocardiograms, brain waves, etc., and a computer system, automation and computerization of respective examination apparatuses at external clinical examination facilities are available. PSOLUTION: An external facilities clinical specimen examination system is equipped with a means for registration in an electronic clinical card database at the medical facilities, a data means by which respective examination departments show content of examination materials, a registering means for examination material data, a creating means for total request slips that an ordering department of the external examination facilities sends, a distribution means through which examination material containing containers are automatically distributed to respective examination departments by an automatic distributing device with a bar code reading function at the facilities, an examination material check automatic collating means of receiving the total request slips from a medical management server through a network and checking examination materials of the automatic distributing device, an automatic examining means of the external facilities, a transmitting means of transmitting examination results to the medical management server, and a data registering means for received examination results of the external facilities.
