PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clinical examination system capable of properly processing according to the priority while considering the status of each of patients without being influenced by a congestion state of the processing even when the status of patients is mixed to thereby minimize waiting time for the patients.SOLUTION: The priority is dynamically generated by adding weighting cost values based on urgent classification, hospitalization/extraneous classification among the patients. The processing order is determined on the basis of the generated priority. With this, the inspection result can be swiftly provided according to the status of the respective patients. As a result, the waiting time for medical care can be reduced according to the status of the respective patients.
