PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premium calculation system, a premium calculation method and a premium calculation program that can accept a composite premium rate contract.;SOLUTION: The premium calculation system comprises a host computer 1 for generating personnel organization data according to application data to group term insurance, and an open system 2 comprising a data communication controller 21 for receiving the personnel organization data from the host computer 1 and premium rate setting means for setting at least two premium rates and allocation ratios by attributes of group members of the group term insurance according to the personnel organization data and group system specification data specifying a group system of the group term insurance.
