SOLIDIFYING AGENT FOR EMBEDDING ANCHOR, AND METHOD OF EMBEDDING ANCHOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate charging of water and a solidifying agent formed of cement or cement mortar, for use in embedding an anchor into a prepared hole.;SOLUTION: The anchor is embedded in the prepared hole by using the solidifying agent in the following manner. First the prepared hole having a predetermined diameter is bored in the ground at a location where the anchor is to be embedded, to a predetermined depth, and the solidifying agent containing aggregate having a predetermined grain size and a hydraulic material as active ingredients, is charged in the prepared hole, followed by pressing the solidifying agent containing the aggregate and the hydraulic material as the active ingredients by rotating a predetermined tool. Then the aggregate is crushed and press-fitted to a wall surface of the prepared hole, and the anchor formed of a shaft rod and a spiral digging blade is embedded in the prepared hole. Herein the solidifying agent is sealed in a bag or a container at least having water permeable properties and formed of a material that is crushed by the predetermined tool.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
