ANCHOR BOLT EMBEDDING MEMBER, AND METHOD OF RIGIDLY EMBEDDING ANCHOR BOLT IN CONCRETE SKELETON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt embedding member which facilitates the rigid embedding of an anchor bolt in concrete at a predetermined location during placing the concrete, and facilitates form releasing work, etc., and to provide a method for rigidly embedding the anchor bolt.;SOLUTION: The main part of the anchor bolt embedding member is formed of a plate member 2, an anchor bolt penetrating member 3, a nut member 4, and a retaining member 5. The plate member is long and has holes formed therein about the center and at both ends thereof. The anchor bolt penetrating member allows the anchor bolt to make contact therewith and to penetrate therethrough, and has a slit, a flap on the outer side, and screw threads on both sides of the flap portion. The nut member is fitted and screwed to the member 3. The retaining member retains the plate member 2 and a form member abutting on the same, and tightly fastens both the members to each other. In the plate member 2, the anchor bolt penetrating member 3, the nut member 4, and the anchor bolt 6 are tightly fastened to each other, and they are arranged at an anchor bolt embedding location. Then the plate member 2 and a portion of the form member 7 that abuts on the plate member are tightly fastened to each other by the retaining member 5, and the concrete 8 is placed, to thereby rigidly embed the anchor bolt 6 at a desired location.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
