PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a low-cost and high precision microanalysis of atmospheric aerosol particles by a PIXE analysis or the like. PSOLUTION: In an aerosol particle collecting device, atmospheric aerosol particles adhere to a collecting filter 9 made from PTFE. Acid decomposition and acid dissolution of a cut piece of the collecting filter 9 are performed in a small vessel 6 for dissolution, and the obtained dissolution liquid is dropped on an inspection film 12 made from polypropylene or the like for PIXE analysis and then dried to create an analysis specimen.
