PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pretreatment method for mercury analysis, which can be used for a quantitative measurement method of mercury and can be easily and quickly performed at low cost.;SOLUTION: A pretreatment method for mercury analysis used for separating from a sample solution containing mercury and metals other than mercury the mercury and the metals other than mercury includes: an immobilization step of passing the sample solution through an anion exchange resin and immobilizing at least the mercury on the anion exchange resin; a washing step of washing the anion exchange resin with washing water and removing the metals other than mercury from the anion exchange resin; and a desorption step of passing a mercury desorption solution which desorbs the mercury from the anion exchange resin through the anion exchange resin and desorbing the mercury from the anion exchange resin.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
