ILLICIT USE INVESTIGATION SERVICE PROVIDING SYSTEM OF IMAGE DATA, DEVICE, METHOD, PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve on Web image data identical or similar to image data which is an investigation object when performing illicit use investigation of the image data requiring use permission, and to inform an investigation requester of the result.;SOLUTION: A server system 10 has a retrieval server 11 and a management server 12, and is connected to a client terminal 21₁ through a network 22. The management server 12 registers the image data inputted from the client terminal 21₁ in an investigation object DB 15 as an investigation object relative to each investigation requester, and sets an investigation condition for investigating whether the image data is illicitly used in a Web site group 30 on the network 22 or not. The retrieval server 11 calculates the feature amount of the image data registered in the investigation object DB 15, and retrieves image data identical or similar to the image data which is the investigation object based on the feature amount and the investigation condition.
