PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial content creation method for creating partial contents including a block regarded to be important for a user at a point of time when the user desires to acquire the partial contents being the digest of contents which can be divided into time-sequential sections. PSOLUTION: The partial contents are created by evaluating the sections of the contents on the basis of information on a comment related to the section important for the user, selecting the sections of which the evaluation satisfies predetermined conditions, and arranging the selected sections in the time-sequential order.
